How to Set up a Meta account

If you're a new Meta VR user, you can set up your Meta account using your email address, Instagram account or Facebook account.

To set up a Meta account as a new user:

1. Open the Oculus mobile app on your phone or put on your headset and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. You can also visit auth.meta.com to get started.
