What is hand tracking:

The Meta Quest 3 comes with hand tracking technology called Direct Touch meaning you can navigate by using hand movements/gestures without needing the controllers.

How to turn hand tracking on or off:

1.Press the Meta button (or Oculus icon) on your right Touch controller to bring up the universal menu.

2.Choose Settings.

3.Go to Movement Settings.

4.If available, select Hand Tracking. If not, move to the next step.

5.Next to Hand and Body Tracking, toggle the switch on or off to enable hand tracking.
