With a split back strap, lens adjustment wheel, and eye-relief buttons, ensuring a comfortable fit with your VR headset is simpler than ever.
To properly fit your Quest 3:
- Begin by loosening the back and top straps, then position the headset comfortably against your face. Move any hair that could get in the way or between the pad to maximize comfort and performance.
- Pull the straps over the back of your head and tighten the split straps. If you have a ponytail, thread it through the opening in the split straps for increased comfort.
- Adjust the top strap to distribute the weight off your face and secure the headset comfortably.
- To improve comfort, adjust the headset angle by holding it with both hands and tilting it up or down.
- Use the lens adjustment wheel on the bottom left side of the headset to adjust the lens spacing until the visuals are clear and comfortable.
- With the headset off, utilize the depth adjustment buttons to change the distance between the lenses and your face or glasses.
-Gently tilt the headset arms upwards.
-Find the eye-relief buttons near the lenses inside the facial interface.
-Press the button on one side while holding the interface edge, then slide the interface forward or backward to adjust the distance.
-Repeat this process on the other side to ensure the depth adjustment is even.
