Dashboard link and login
Click on this link to get to the Fundamental Surgery User Dashboard. The main purpose of the data dashboard is to provide all users with access to their Fundamental Surgery sessions.
To log into the dashboard using your Fundamental Surgery login details. If you don't have a login, please speak to your Fundamental Surgery System Admin for assistance. Alternatively, raise a ticket here to contact the Fundamental Surgery Support Team.
Forgot password
1. To reset your password simply click on the link "Forgot Password" on the dashboard login page (see above screenshot).
2. Enter your email address on the next screen and press "Send Confirmation"
3. Check your inbox for an email from hello@fundamentalsurgery.com containing a verification code
4. Enter the code on the dashboard page before you create and confirm your new password.
Note: The Fundamental Surgery Dashboard credentials also work for the Fundamental Surgery Hub.
New User Setup
A user can create a new account via the Fundamental Surgery hub (1) and will be assigned the "user" role by default. Institution admins can also create a new user/ or multiple users in bulk via the Fundamental Surgery Data Dashboard (2) under the "User Management" tab.
1. Click on "Create Account" on the Fundamental Surgery Hub login screen and follow the on-screen instructions
Note: Some institutions don't have this feature enabled. Please speak to your Fundamental Surgery system admin for assistance.
2. Click on the "User Management" tab when logged into the dashboard.
Note: Only Fundamental Surgery Admin users have access to the "User Management" tab. Please speak to your Fundamental Surgery system admin for assistance.
3. Click on "Add New User" and fill in the new user's details. The new account user will receive an email from hello@fundamentalsurgery.com asking to reset their password.
User Access Roles
Users
- Can see their sessions
- Can complete their profiles
Institution Admins
- All of the above plus
- Can see sessions for all users of their institution
- Can manage users in their institution
- Can add new users to their institution
- Can manage the settings of their institution
